  2. By installing this software, you indicate your acceptance of this 
  3. License Agreement.

  5. LICENSE RIGHTS AND RESTRICTION.  Poptop Software, Inc. grants to you 
  6. the non-exclusive, non-assignable right to use the Tropico software 
  7. "Software" in object code form on a maximum of one (1) computer system 
  8. solely for your internal use and personal enjoyment.  The Software shall 
  9. not be copied or used for any other purpose.  You may not reverse engineer, 
  10. decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that the 
  11. foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.  You 
  12. may not sell, license, rent, prepare derivative works based upon the 
  13. software, or otherwise transfer the Software and accompanying written 
  14. materials. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 
  15. Poptop Software, Inc.

  17. ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS.  Commercial use of the Software is prohibited.  
  18. You are not permitted or authorized to use the Software for commercial 
  19. purposes (ie. creation of additional levels).

  21. COPYRIGHT.  All title and copyrights in and to the Software and any 
  22. copies of the Software are owned byPoptop Software, Inc. This Software 
  23. is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. All 
  24. rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Poptop Software, Inc.
  25.  
  26. NO WARRANTIES.  The Software and accompanying written materials are 
  27. provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.  To the maximum extent 
  28. permitted by law, Poptop Software, Inc. disclaims all warranties, either 
  29. express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of 
  30. merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.  
  31. The entire risk out of the use or performance of the Software and any 
  32. accompanying written materials remains with you.

  34. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  To the maximum extent permitted 
  35. by applicable law:  in no event shall Poptop Software, Inc. or its 
  36. publishers to be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without 
  37. limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, 
  38. loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of 
  39. the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Poptop Software, Inc.
  40. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  Because of some 
  41. states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability 
  42. for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

  44. MISCELLANEOUS.  If you acquired this product in the United States, this 
  45. Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.  If either party 
  46. employs attorneys to enforce any rights arising out of or relating to this 
  47. Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable 
  48. attorneys fees, costs and expenses.
